G-ROC is HRM’s largest sidewalk Sunday school and visitation program for kids 4-12 years.

Chebucto Links is a seniors' outreach organization which is concerned about health promotion/ prevention. Emphasizing the importance of maintaining older persons safely in their own homes and community, Chebucto Links attempts to present programs, services and resources which comply with the Determinants of Health. Our intention is to encourage wellness and independence.Active people generally feel more energetic and have a good mental/ emotional status.
